A Personal Sharing From Ascension Whispers:

The morning of October 5, 2012 I awoke with the Ascension Whispers Song of Intent playing in my head. The song; "Make All Our Dreams Come True". It was quite an unusual shock to me because it was as if there was a recording inside of my head that kept playing the song over and over. I sat and listened to it for at least fifteen minutes before it stopped and when it stopped, the song had reached its end point again.

Then "Vertical Guidance" (VG) said, "it is time, it is now time to get the information you have been given to a larger audience".

(AW) - "OK", says I. "And how am I supposed to do that, do you have any suggestions"?

(VG) - "Yes, you can use the internet and social networking".

(AW) - "OK, I can do a web blog but I don't know anything about social networking, how they work or how to set anything up. And who is going to want to listen to anything I hold to share anyway"?

(VG) - "You will be guided along your task and it does not matter who will listen to the message, those who desire and need to hear the message will hear it".

(AW) - "Well, I know part of the message but I am not really sure what is desired to be shared".

(VG) - "No worries, you will know exactly what is desired to be shared as you will be given it to type out as quickly as you can. This is the "most" Joyous Important Event that this planet has seen in millions of years and many desire to know of its importance and the wonderful gift the planet will receive so that "hope" for the Joyous Future will remain alive".

(AW) - Note here: The excitement coming with this message was one that felt like many children hustling about in excitement to be able to hurry up and open their Christmas gifts.

(AW) - "OK, I will do my best to get this started and make it happen. Do you have a suggestion for a domain name or do you want me to think of one"?

(VG) - Why don't you try Ascension Whispers. That seems to be fitting".

(AW) - After seeing if the domain name was available. "Well, Ascension Whispers is available but you already knew that, didn't you"?

(VG) - Laughing - "Yes, but you did not know that and so now you do".

And so the journey and adventure began. Trying to figure out how to set up social networking was most of the challenge. Reading help logs as quickly as I could and trying to understand how things occurred and then link them together. Quite a lot of help and support from friends made the process go much faster than it would have on my own.

No sooner were things in place and the information started to come in like a freight train. The wave of excitement that it flowed on would be enough to make anyone forget about sleep or eating and simply desire to ride the wave. Trying to figure out how to slow it down was another adventure and once that was accomplished, to some degree, hand writing and then typing for hours was underway. Discovery of the ease of slowing it down by writing it out long hand was a new adventure as well.

(AW) - "Why am I being given this information to share as I know there are many people around the planet who are also receiving this information"?

(VG) - "Because you can and because it is needed. Others will share in their locations as well and soon there will come a time when people all over the planet will begin sharing the messages they carry to assist the whole".

(AW) - I had no idea at that time what the desire for Ascension Whispers was and how much sharing would be desired. I simply started the process and continued to share as more guidance was offered that would assist the whole in some fashion. I had no idea how much guidance would be offered nor did I have any idea how much time it was going to take to manage the process.

(AW) - "I do not want to become another guru on planet. I do not want people to look to me for their answers because I do not have their answers. I desire to serve Source in any way I am capable of doing and to assist any face of myself in any means available to me to self heal but I do not want to become a guru".

(VG) - "You do not have to do anything you do not want to do. You have free will to do as you like at any given moment. You do not have to become a guru and in fact, you do not even have to state your name or your face. The assistance needed is only about the message and nothing more".

(AW) - As the messages continued to be given, it became very apparent that the desire was not only to share the message of the "Gift" the planet was going to receive from Source and what that meant but to assist anyone who desires to remember how to become aware of their personal connection to Source and regain their personal relationship with Source as well as their Higher Family of Consciousness in the desire to assist as many as possible to begin the process of remembering how to heal themselves.

As you can see from the vast amount of typed material that has been posted on this web site, that began as a web blog, the desire has been to share quite a lot of information. And still today, I am not sure how much more is desired to be share on Ascension Whispers or for how long. I simply listen and go through the process of paying attention when something is said to be for the whole.

There remains much excitement in the higher realms for the wonderful Gift from Source we have all received and the fact that we DO have the ability to heal ourselves once again. Every connection feels like stepping into a constant party of excitement.

I do know that all further guidance will remain focused on healing the Emotional / Physical Body as that is what must heal to a certain degree to allow any life form on planet Earth to release themselves from being trapped here and co-create balance in the Earth reality field. I just do not know what any further plans might be or if there are more plans of guidance in the process but it feels like there are.

At the moment, the desire is to assist learning how our physical body works and what it must do to continually support us for the life experience. I am told very few people on planet hold knowledge of the basic fundamentals of the workings of the physical body even though everyone on planet is walking around in one and that it is not understood, even in the scientific and medical communities, the severe effects that stress creates for the operation of the physical body. We can see very quickly the effects of stress on our material belongings, such as our car, but not what it does to our physical body which in fact is like a car for our consciousness and allows us to have a life experience in this reality field.

Our physical body (car) should not wear out and stop working but it does and has for eons of time and part of the process of healing that issue is understanding the many aspects of how we are swimming within a sea of stress, inside and outside of our physical bodies. The messages to follow are a result of many hours of shared messages that have simply unfolded as they have and been put together in some kind of linear sequence to allow more understanding to unfold.

The strong intention is for those who choose to allow their selves to be a conscious part of their healing process to gain more understanding on what stress has to do with our stored energy of Source and what that has to do with being able to heal any part of ourselves.

With that understanding, it seems to be the desire to share as much basic information as possible to understand the power of our thoughts and our personal energy and what we are actually co-creating as we go about our daily lives. Basic and possibly repetitive because it is known that each individual is "unique" in the way their brain will translate information. We would call that, "everyone learns differently".

Because I am not currently aware of the amount of sharing that will continue to be desired, I am never sure when it will be presented. But along those lines, I have been told that it is desired for those who choose to remember to "apply" instead of simply continue to integrate more information because without application, we are not going to make many larger steps forward any time soon.

I am also being told that many readers of Ascension Whispers are now beginning to receive their personal guidance and are becoming Self Sovereign in their healing process. That is indeed the desire of all Krystic life forms who may assist us to heal. Laughing to myself with that comment because I am being shown the image of a baby bird being pushed from the nest by the mother bird.

As guidance for the whole continues to be presented, Ascension Whispers will continue to share it with all who desire to know about it. It may be that it needs to be in the form or an EBook download or something. Not sure but it does feel very large in size. I have come to realize though that the feeling of being large in size fades after one expands to hold those energies open within themselves.

First Quarter Moon Phase - Moon in Gemini

The skills of an acrobat will facilitate navigation of today’s energy.  This implies that we will need to move fluidly between situations, changing and adapting to things as the day goes on.  If you are locked in place with something - locked in a mindset, belief, habit, etc. – consider unlocking because rigidity will cause strife today.

The Moon made its monthly conjunction with the Black Moon earlier today, so the themes of the Black Moon in Gemini are stronger.  The core fear of the Black Moon in Gemini is the fear of rejection, disapproval, and disappointment.  We tend to try really hard to win acceptance from others when this energy is present.  But this is the wrong way to go about things.  The focus should be on what we want/need to do, not what others want/need us to do.  We need to make things according to our own satisfaction.  If you do face a rejection, disapproval, or disappointment today, look to see if you failed to look out or take care of yourself in some way.  The Moon conjunct the Black Moon in Gemini always shows where we are lacking in our own self-esteem.  So keep yourself in the equation today.  Don’t hide your light out of fear.

I have not talked about this month’s ruling dakini because it is not a Mahavidya; the ruler is Nairatmya, a Diamond Sky Dakini.  Others may disagree, which is of course their perogative.  Since I have only been instructed by the Mahavidyas and have not followed Nairatmya’s energy long enough to be able to comment, we are learning about her together.  I can tell you that she is quintessentially Piscean.  By the Disseminating Moon phase we will have a better understanding of her, so watch closely and learn, and let’s share what we have found at Disseminating.

“Blurring” of visions may be common in all Gaia surface beings at this time. We speak of 3D-eye vision as well as higher visions, via 3rd, 4th, and 5th eyes.

This results from the shifting in Gaia plates as well as movement of sacred portal sites. This process is necessary in order to optimize Gaia energetics to a unified Beingness. This same process occurs in individual human (small h) units, and particularly in the more conscious Hue-man units.

Gaia illumination increases as alignment progresses, and although a precise time frame can not be given, we sense this alignment to encompass 1-2 months. However we add that recent accelerations in awakenings at all levels would imply that this “time period” may well be much shorter.

Flowing with this “blurring” of visions allows awakening to “veiled” Higher messages for all humanity, particularly more awake Hue-manity.

The pure Logos energy being sent through the sky of Gaia at this time is beginning to become too pure to go unnoticed by you all. We ‘caution’ you to expect so very many things that you will not expect upon the initial disclosures and revelations that will be surfacing. The most noticeable and unique aspects of Gaia’s ascension into ever-purer realms of consciousness must be preceded by events of a celestial nature that show that all that is happening on your world is reflecting the ongoing ascension in progress currently.

You have not seen very many anomalies in your skies as of yet, but trust us dear souls the energetic bleed-throughs are soon to pick up as the higher dimensional etheric Logos energy being sent to your world and through your bodies is accelerating the transmutation of all that has been based in your hologram of illusion, in favor of a widespread exposure of the energies and purity of the higher realms, to manifest on your world very noticeably before you all.

There are certain aspects of the Earth changes that are and will be crucial in the developments of the energetic and etheric bleed-throughs that we speak of, and we can say that many natural disasters that have occurred as of late have cleared so very much negative energy from the grid of darkness established in such areas.

Yes, lately there have been areas of Gaia’s surface targeted by the technologies of those who would keep you all in ignorance and despair forever, and the collective Logos energy manifested by every awakening soul on Earth has once again shown to transmute the worst of the negativity that was meant and intended to occur with the use of the occult low frequency-manifesting devices that you have not yet heard fully about for the most part.

Gaia started the storms and rumblings as usual so that She could shake off so much collective density by performing such clearing actions, and it was anticipated as always that the dark souls on your world would see this potential for destruction and milk it for all that they perceived it was worth.

There has been something unique about the last few times your dark have tried to create widespread chaos through weather manipulation, and that is that in the past the technology of your extraterrestrial brethren mitigated many planned catastrophic events that did not fit in with the karmic template of the souls Living in the areas they [Illuminati heads] planned these disasters out for.

Now, it is the collective Logos energy manifested by you all that has been stopping these catastrophic events from manifesting [and mitigating the scope of damage when such things do occur.] We here in the higher realms have had to ‘interfere’ little in mitigating many of the dastardly planned chaotic events that your dark intended to use to create further widespread panic and fear, to feed the grid of darkness that is itself being transmuted at an accelerated pace.

The darkness in you all is being transmuted as this grid of darkness is transmuted, because this grid and various ‘energy spots’ that feed this grid have been the primary cause of humanities continued willing feeding of the lower dimensions and the voids of fourth density-negative.

The grid of darkness that is being transmuted has been fed and pumped-up for longer than you can imagine through the lower actions of humanity, and there are certain areas and spaces on your surface that carry the energetic imprint of events of a chaotic nature that have manifested in any given area of your time. This is what we mean when we say ‘energy spots’ because such spots hold the energies of a catastrophic or violent event in and draw events and souls of a similar vibration to such areas. This is by definition a void, but it is not a void that you can quite sense or notice.

Many will notice however, that there are certain places they go or experiences they feel in certain places that seem to get to them or agitate them more than other places. This is likely because an energy spot that has seen much brutality manifested around it is likely still holding onto those energies and attempting to draw your energies into them and mix with them, feeding the voids of fourth density-negative that such energy would be sent to.

If one can recognize these areas around them, much transmutation and healing work is recommended. Remember dear souls, much of the continued frustration and stress that you feed and that feeds you are coming from many of these voids and for the most part you have not even realized this is so. By healing and transmuting a specific area that you feel might be holding, radiating and trying to get you to feel negative energy, you will in turn make your own experiences much easier and you will find yourselves less prone to stress and frustration, and anger of any kind.

The dark souls on your world have taken to purposefully manifesting such energy spots and voids in many areas of Gaia’s surface and even below Her surface, and much of the violence that is fed in humanity is a result of the establishment of many of these energy spots and voids that we speak of. These voids were deliberately established so that the lowest and most dense energies could at any time, be influencing the majority of the collective consciousness of Earth in any given area, as they have put these voids in many areas through occult technology [and rituals] that is almost the polar opposite of the advanced and Lighted technologies you will be shown and given.

Upon the initial disclosures, such voids that have been purposefully established will be pointed out, and we will have many teams stationed at these areas bringing through the pure Logos energy that is constantly coming through the energy gates in Gaia’s sky and through your bodies.

These energy gates that have been spoken of continuously can be looked to as the perceived polar opposite of the voids and energy spots that we have just informed you of, because the energy gates are feeling and radiating very pure Logos energy that is increasing in purity every moment, while the voids established in many areas on Gaia’s surface continue to feed the low, dense emotions that have become the norm for many on your world.

With this, we come back to the discussion of the many etheric wonders that are to appear in your skies when the right ‘time’ comes. We are not going to claim that these celestial events that we speak of which will be getting the attention of many on your world, will precede the initial disclosures and of course we do not give out physical dates as to when such miraculous occurrences will be happening, for the plan for such energy to bleed-through Gaia’s skies in marvelous and miraculous ways is not a plan that is binded to your linear concept of time and could happen at any time if humanity is proven ready to be able to absorb such wonderful energy being clearly demonstrated and shown in its full glory and beauty in your skies.

That which many have become familiar with as the Norway Spiral was not an extraterrestrial starship, it was not a hologram manifested by any souls on Earth through occult technologies, that beautiful swirling vortex of Light which manifested in your skies was a sign from the heavens and a message: to expect more miracles and figures of Light being displayed in your skies as humanity begins to collectively ascend out of the lower vibrations and begins to remember such higher dimensional, etheric wonders such as the Norway Spiral and the ’Pillars of Light’ that you have so heard about, that will be manifesting when the ‘time’ comes.

Gaia truly cannot ‘hold it in’ much longer, as She is extremely eager to express these energies and bring them through the energy gates in Her skies in not the transparent, invisible manner that such energies have been coming through, but in an full, colorful and Lighted manner so that these energies can be exposed in their full bounty, in their full glory.

Of course, every area of Gaia’s sky is occupied by these energy gates, but as has been mentioned before there are more active and pure sections of these energy gates, bringing through Logos energy that is so very pure, and such places are usually home to many UFO sightings and sightings of a similar nature as many different types of beings are routinely flying in and out of the higher dimensions established by ‘entering’ such gates, as these gates form and sustain a direct link to the higher realms where they are receiving this energy from as well as to the beings who are sending such energy to your world at this time.

These areas of Gaia’s skies that are the most potent and active in terms of the energies brought through them, are to be the hotbeds of activity for the bleed-through of the Pillars of Light and all of the other wonderful and beautiful anomalies that are to be brought through for you to witness.

Earth, and you all subsequently, are existing in a very pure area of the Cosmos at this point, and you are not only being given energy from various areas throughout this beautiful Creation, you are continually feeding off of the higher dimensional matter established in this very pure area of the Cosmos in which you are currently inhabiting in accordance with the end of your cycle of duality and the lower dimensional experience.

As such, these energies truly cannot hold and Gaia alike truly cannot wait much longer, as we are all quite eager and we perform our moment-by-moment duties with an unbounded anticipation for all that you are to be let know and for all that you are to witness and feel alike, for the most startling things you are to witness as a collective will not be in your watching the disclosure announcements.

Indeed, you are to be startled and shocked as a collective and as individuals when hearing about all that has been done to your world and about the true history of your world but eventually you will soak in such things and be ready for truths of an even greater and grander nature. You are to be exposed to and experience energies and events on your world and in your own Lives that at present would seem nothing more than an extremely pleasant dream to you.

This is all real, and it is all happening now. By this point we can all tell here in the higher realms that you on Earth do know and accept this, and we can feel that the majority of you are also ready for such changes to be brought about and at present we are all poised to wade through a very eventful waiting period. If only you could know dear souls, of just all that awaits you on your beautiful and glorious ascension paths; we cannot communicate effectively how happy you would be and how little fear you would have concerning your future, for it is every bit as wonderful and miraculous as you have been dreaming and hoping it is going to be.

The ‘Norway Spiral’ event was just a prelude to what you are to be experiencing and witnessing. Those dark souls still in their perception of ‘power’ on your world were given a clear sign by the Galactics and by us celestials alike with the appearance of that anomaly, and we can say that it certainly was not a failed rocket as was claimed. This was a beautiful, manifested celestial event, the likes of which do not compare to that which you will be experiencing with the many higher dimensional bleed-throughs that are to lay the foundation for the manifestation of the beautiful Pillars of Light, which will in turn lay more foundation for the appearance of the many ascended cities currently existing peacefully in your skies.

We ask you to make your attempts to ready yourselves for the possibility of such occurrences, because by the time this all begins to pick up and manifest, you will find that it is too late for any types of preparation, for any types of disbelief, worry, or concern that what will be happening will be of a dark nature.

The very surprise and excitement which will be garnered in the beginning of these changes will ensure that many are excited right into fear and disbelief. There will be many who will not think that what is happening is the birthing of a New Earth, and will think it is rather the destruction of the old world.

In more ways than you can currently comprehend, your world as you have known it is coming to an end. All of the lower vibrations manifested on your surface for so long – the violence, the anger, the hate, the general fed belief in separation, this is all to come to a fit and just end when humanity as a whole experiences the abundance, both of prosperity and of higher dimensional Logos energy, that you have all truly deserved to gain.

Think upon what you know as the Aurora Lights, and imagine such energies being radiated and expressed in nearly every area of Gaia’s sky. There is to be a wonderful energetic event that is to grace your world far after the initial disclosures and announcements, and this event is what many have referred to as the ‘three days of darkness’.

We should first say that this is not a set period as your concept of time would call for it to be, as by the ‘time’ this event is set to manifest on your Cosmic Calendar, your concept of time will have sped up into a near non-perception of such a concept on the part of humanity. Your own perspective will have increased and expanded vastly by such times, and the manifestation of this celestial event that we speak of will be the result of humanities readiness for such an event to transpire after you all begin to come together as the beautiful collective consciousness of Gaia that you all know you are and exist as.

The bleed-throughs and establishment of the Pillars of Light spoken of by other sources are to lay the foundation for this event occurring, and there will be what can be seen as a ‘time period’ wherein your sun will seem to be blocked out by the energies being brought through that will be shown to you in such beautiful ways that you cannot currently comprehend, but this admission does not mean that your world is going to be dark.

Yes, the energies being brought through are going to seem to block out your perception of your sun, but the very energies that will be brought through will be coming directly from the astral realms of your sun, and these energies will be so bright that they will Light up your world and expose echelons of Light that have existed right along with you in your experiences, but that you have not noticed as a collective because the very nature of the Light was too advanced for you to fathom and understand.

This event that we speak of will be one of the biggest starting-points for your collective perception of the higher realms of consciousness, as the energies that will be brought through and that will seem to block out your sun will again, expose newer and purer realms of Love and Light that have existed with you during your experience on Earth, waiting for you to gain a familiar remembrance of them and waiting for you to perceive of them fully.

With the many celestial events that we speak of including the three days of perceived darkness [again, all will be Lighted and wonderful during this time] your exposure to higher and purer realms of consciousness will be aided greatly.

Indeed, this work is and has been yours to do all along and now that you have put in so much collective and individual effort, you are to see the easiest parts of your ascension come to you in the immediate period ahead. You are to see and feel openings in yourselves along with the aforementioned opening of such pure areas of the energy gates in Gaia’s skies, and this opening up will see you gain a higher perception and awareness of so very much around you that you have been, for lack of a better term, oblivious to.

Imagine the possibility of the many celestial events which are to occur, overlapping with the scenario of the landings of craft of your extraterrestrial brethren in the Galactic Federation, along with the arrival of many Ascended Masters. Your dear Ascended Masters may choose to come to your world before the ‘three days’ period and even before the beginning bleed-throughs and Light Pillar-manifestations, and this will factor in with how much progress has been made in the informing of humanity by the time such celestial events are ready to come through to your perception and [by the time they] cannot wait any longer.

We should say that such a time is fast approaching, and we implore you to continue to make your own efforts to expand the many chakras in yourselves that see you bringing through Logos energies that you are in turn receiving from the various energy gates all throughout Gaia’s skies, where such bleed-throughs are to be occurring.

You may also see the arrival of many of your extraterrestrial brethren through these energy gates, and many displays will be made wherein starships and motherships will go through these energy gates to the higher realms that such gates are connected with and take one to, so that you can be shown many things about the nature of travel in our Cosmos that you have not known or that has seemed as mere science fiction.

Know dear souls, that you are Loved infinitely beyond measure by each and every being in the higher realms and in Earths higher astral realms who are working toward the ascension of Earth at this time. By the time the manifestation of so many wonderful things begins to pick up, the realms and voids that have fed density and unhappiness while promoting separation and hate, will have been long dissolved away and this is work that you are all doing, even right now.

Dearest Ones,

This stormy time is right where you need to be! How wonderful that more are waking up from their sleep because of this unsettled time.

The more there is turmoil the more you see the light entering your sphere!
Please read the signs rightly and do not feel disturbed!
The oceans are right now “churned” so that all darkness can come up to the surface and leave. And it IS leaving every hour, while the new energies are settling down on your earth and in your bodies.

For some of you this is not an easy experience.
Old “matter” is stirred up, energies which do not belong to new earth. They have been stored not only in her geomagnetic field but also in your bodies. To deal with these fundamental changes it is necessary that you spend much time in nature, because the trees and plants are already able to fully reflect the new energies as they were the first to be purified from the old dense frequencies. It is now their task to help you with the adaptation to this fundamental transition, as they are able to absorb what you are willing to release.

As your bodies are going through a major transformation, be not concerned about the energy sensations you might feel.  When the old and new energies meet, they build a kind of swirl as they touch one another by which movement they are being separated: the old ones leaving and the new ones coming in. Imagine that the old energies are leaving through your energy bodies, so let them go and let them be dissolved by the incoming light on your planet. Do not hold on to them in your body but understand that they are leaving.

This is a completely new energetic process which is happening right now, as your new bodies are created, it is not only a purification process, a process which humanity has experienced in the past on their spiritual path.

We recommend that you observe with patience and trust, what is happening to your bodies. The experience will change from person to person, as you all have different bodies, physical and spiritual ones on different levels of awakening.

Right now a huge new energy wave is coming to your earth, stirring powerfully up in you what must leave now. Let it go and do not hold on to anything what you have considered so far to be “you”!

They are parts of your personality you have been identified with a long time, but which are not anymore conducive to a new and enlightened state of body and mind.  While they are on their way to leave you will recognize what they are. Say “good bye” to them - light-heartedly. This way your new and divinely guided identity will emerge. This is the preparation for the higher dimensions.

Open your heart and thereby your energy field consciously with the help of the breath, inhale the new lighter energies and exhale the old denser energies.

The transformation of the cells of your bodies takes some time and is not always pleasant.Their structure is being modified and new codons are implemented, your metabolism undergoes great alteration.
Look at the process, when uncomfortable, always with your mind and vision on the light that does the work and do not concentrate on the heavy energies of which you are becoming now aware, in order not to hold on to them, but to let them go.

Also take into consideration, that this is not an individual process but a process in which humanity's total collective consciousness is being changed. Therefore keep in mind the enormity of energies which are being shifted at this time. And some of you, being very sensitive, might also feel what is not "theirs" personally, but support the work of their human family by taking on a greater portion of the work.

Relax as much as you can and do not resist the process. And do not forget to be happy! This IS new, so you do need to trust. And we are here to explain to you what is happening and give you guidance.

As always, we bless you and support you with transmission of light from the Heart of God, each single one of you, if you ask for it. This can help to quicken your process.

ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM EL MORYA

Greeting, I AM El Morya,



I speak to you again of being an Ascended Master with a physical form. All of the Ascended Masters throughout the ages have had the ability to maintain an earth vessel for varying amounts of time. St. Germaine was known to have an earth vessel for centuries. He is an example of the power of transmutation because he serves on the Seventh Ray of Transmutation and Ascension.

Transmutation and ascension are the same because the transmutation of the frequency of physical matter into the frequency of spiritual energy is the core of ascension. When you decided to incarnate on Earth, you inserted your multidimensional energy field into a physical encasement. Unfortunately, you usually forgot that YOU were the essence and NOT the encasement. Fortunately, many of you are now remembering that you are the essence, the spirit, and the energy of the ONE that enlivens your form. When you are done driving and you leave your car, the car does not disappear, nor do you. However, when you are in your car, you and the car appear to be ONE.

During sleep and meditation, many of you step out of your vehicle. However, it is important that the vehicle is parked before you leave it. Would you leave your car while it was moving? In the same manner, you would not like to step out of your earth vessel while you are walking down the street. Just as a moving car could crash if you left it, your body would fall if you left it while you were moving. For this reason, Ascended Masters learn to be fully conscious of how much of their Essence is inside their physical form. As an Ascended Master you will learn that when you visit the higher worlds, you make sure you park your vehicle where it is safe. Then, you can return to it when you are needed in the third dimension.

Fortunately, your inter-dimensional travels are out of time. Therefore, what appears to you to be a substantial journey, appears to others as only the blink of your eyes. However, this eye blink must occur only when the body is safe. The physical form is quite delicate and difficult to maintain at optimum health in the lower frequency of the third dimensional world. As you know, molecules of life decay over time in the physical world and are susceptible to injury and illness. This fact is especially true when your essence/spirit is visiting other realities.

When you visit the higher frequency worlds, you can merge with one of your many higher dimensional expressions of your SELF, or you can choose to visit these worlds in a formless state of pure consciousness. On the other hand, you may want to create a higher dimensional form to represent your visiting consciousness. These forms are created with multidimensional light and unconditional love. Hence, they are infinite and indestructible, and they automatically disarticulate and return to the ONE when you are no longer using them.

An advantage of being an Ascended Master is that your multidimensional consciousness has marvelous healing powers, which can be used on your physical vessels. However, the high frequency that heals your earth vessel also creates a sense of great exhaustion for beginners. To have a consciousness that is resonating to a much higher frequency than its container is very tiring for the container. Hence, frequent naps, meditation and excursions into Nature are important while residing within your earth vessel. Walking in Nature is important so that you can more fully ground yourself into the body of Mother Earth.

Once grounded, it is easier for you to accept Gaia’s assistance. The form for the Planetary Consciousness of Gaia, planet Earth, allows your body to have a break from the burden of holding a form of a much lower frequency than your consciousness. Eventually, as well as during Planetary Ascension, your higher consciousness within your carbon vessel will transmute (raise the frequency of) every cell and atom of that vessel into its fifth dimensional counterpart of Lightbody. In the meantime, your Ascended Master consciousness will remind you how to use your multidimensional healing powers to heal and maintain your third dimensional vessel. Then, you can more easily continue to use your clay vessel until your Personal and Planetary Ascension has been completed.

In the meantime, your ascended consciousness will upgrade your vessel from the inside out by activating your “junk” DNA. This 97% of your DNA, which has been labeled as “junk DNA” by your scientists, is actually the hard drive for your transmutation into Lightbody. Therefore, it expedites your ability to experience the transmutation process into Lightbody, while your consciousness still inhabits your clay form. As this transmutation continues, your expanded perceptions will increasingly come online and your clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. will assist you to consciously perceive the multidimensional energies entering and integrating into your third dimensional world.

These perceptions are the best antidote for the 3D fear virus, which can be very disruptive to your ever-changing physical vehicle. Once you can consciously perceive the higher dimensional energy fields as they flow into and merge with your personal vessel and your planetary vessel, you will KNOW beyond any doubt that you ARE ascending. When you first begin to perceive these molecules it is helpful to close your physical eyes and observe your reality with your opened Third Eye. Your third Eye allows you to perceive these energies, whereas your High Heart assists you to merge into, communicate with and understand the message of these energies.

To try out these multidimensional perceptions:

• Take a moment to look around your present surroundings through your Third Eye.


• Release all thoughts.


• Center your emotions into a neutral place.


• Calm your body and sit with a straight spine to align and open your chakras.


• Expand your consciousness by modulating your breathing so that your exhale is twice as long as your inhale.


• LET GO!

Take a moment to process your experience with your expanded consciousness.

Before you go about your day, make sure that your consciousness is fully integrated into your earth vessel before you move it. In other words, before you move your vehicle:

• Fasten the seat belt.


• Adjust the mirrors, especially the rearview mirror.


• Check the fuel level.


• Start the engine.


• Check out your surroundings.


• Then, move your vehicle.

When you are done using your vehicle, park it in a safe place, lock it so that no one else can use it and surround it with light. Don’t forget to clean your vehicle, check the oil and make sure it has enough fuel. Do NOT drive your vehicle unless your primary attention is in the third dimension. It took you a long “time” to awaken this vehicle to its true nature. It is much easier to maintain it than it would be to get a new one. You have waited, studied and incarnated in myriad timelines in preparation for this opportunity to hold a physical form during this time of Personal and Planetary Ascension. Therefore, YOU are the treasure of your Multidimensional SELF.

Your Ascended Master SELF perceives the energy that embodies the third dimensional form. However, your human self sees the form without full realization of the energy that created it, fuels it and gives it life in the third dimensional world. Therefore, when your earth vessel is parked and safe, practice your Ascended Master perceptions by perceiving the energy that creates, enlivens, sustains and connects all life.

At first, you may only be able to perceive the molecules of life while in a meditative state of higher consciousness, as the volume of that sensory data will overwhelm your mundane consciousness. However, as your multidimensional consciousness comes fully online, it will become increasingly natural to see energy and form simultaneously. Beloved Grounded Ones, I AM St. Germain,



I wish contribute to my dear friend El Morya’s message about keeping a physical form while being an Ascended Master. I see that you, dear grounded masters, tire of the hardship of the third dimension and wish to expedite your return Home to your true vibration. Most of you have served the cause of ascension for myriad lifetimes, and wish only to bask in the glory of multidimensional light and unconditional love. I can joyfully tell you now that you are, indeed, coming to that moment.

However, as you have learned in your many incarnations, the last 3/9ths of any project is the most difficult. First of all, you are exhausted with the process. And, second, everything that you put off until “later” because it was too difficult is now in front of you. Please know that you were correct in putting off certain tasks, as they required your Ascended Master consciousness to address and successfully complete them. Furthermore, the frequency of Earth was too low for many of your higher actions to be understood and appreciated by the collective consciousness of that era. Hence, many brave moments fell into the oblivion of the mass amnesia.

Auspiciously, now that you are standing at the very threshold of Planetary Ascension, the frequency of Earth is higher than it has been since the fall of Atlantis. Therefore, be patient. Many of the problems of your darker times will be automatically released because the frequency of fear and duality can no longer tolerate the resonance of planet Earth. Hence, the transmutation of physical matter into spiritual energies will be greatly facilitated.

As Ascended Masters holding a physical form, you have volunteered to participate in the final transmutation of darkness into light and duality into unity. Initially, you may experience this transmutation with sadness, for indeed, your old world is dying. It is appropriate to feel sorrow at the end of an era. Even though it was an era of great challenge, many of you who took forms found great love, victory and even enlightenment in the midst of the separation and limitation of the last 12,000 years.

You have had some lives of great victory and others of horrible suffering. We also know that fear and anger were constant threats during your many physical incarnations. However, you were brave enough to return, again and again, to serve in trying to stem the ever-increasing energetic downfall of Gaia’s body. We Ascended Masters know how difficult incarnations on Earth can be, but we also know the joys and victories that are possible. Hence, we understand that there is a reason to morn. We wish to tell you all that NOW you can allow yourselves to relax into the joy of your return Home to your true frequency of expression.

Therefore, your final act before ascension is to clear your physical form, which is truly a component of Gaia’s form, of the many fear-based emotions, thoughts and memories. You have been brave warriors far beyond your knowing. In fact, please take a moment to recognize how brave you have been to return again and again to a planet in which you had a greater possibility of feeling fear and sorrow than love and joy. But, return you did, lifetime-after-lifetime.

At first, you could not remember your many incarnations and came into each incarnation as if it were your first. Worse yet, you could not remember the glorious returns Home into the higher worlds that you experienced after incarnations of spiritual expansion. On the other hand, in some incarnations you became so lost in the ever-present darkness that it took many lives and returns to the lower realms of the fourth dimension before you could remember your true SELF.

Blessings, dear grounded ones, for in this incarnation you have remembered your true, Multidimensional SELF while still holding a physical form. In fact, you have remembered that you are NOW and have ALWAYS been an Ascended Master. Therefore, do not be fooled by the crumbling 3-D Game as it degrades around you. Release that which is leaving with unconditional love and joy of completion. At the same time, embrace whatever fills your being with the love and light of your true SELF.

I remind you to fully acknowledge that YOU are an Ascended Master who is still logged into the third dimensional Matrix of Earth. With the detached compassion of an Ascended Master, calmly observe how the third dimensional structures of limitation and separation are degrading more and more each day. In response to this observation, first transmute your every fear-based thought or emotion into unconditional love. Then, project that unconditional love into each and every situation that comes into your awareness.

Just as ultraviolet is the highest frequency of the third-dimensional light spectrum, a higher octave of Violet Light resonates as the highest frequency of every octave of light. In fact, there is a Violet Temple of Transmutation leading to the threshold of every dimension of reality to assist the cosmic traveler to adapt to that expression of reality. When you call upon the Violet Fire, you are pulling in the energy of these many Violet Temples, as well as the force of transmutation.

The force of transmutation, which can change a lower frequency of form into its higher frequency counterpart, has been at the core of all creation since Gaia first took Her planetary form. In this article I hope to provide the reader with a brief overview of the mechanics behind ET technologies such as the Frequency Fence and the Holographic Insert. These technologies are part of an unbalanced agenda presently being orchestrated by Intruder ETs in order to infiltrate our society before the year 2012, when such an infiltration will no longer be possible.
The term unbalanced means that these beings are not in alignment with the Law of One.
I can empathize with those who refuse to believe in an intrusive ET presence; this is a frightening concept that is easier to deny than accept. Sometimes I’d like to “hide my head in the sand” and pretend away what I have learned.
It is not easy or fun for me to share information on unbalanced ET agendas or covert government involvements. Honestly, it scares the heck out of me to be in the position of having such information. The potentials of the aforementioned technologies are frightening and it is even more intimidating to realize that hidden Intruder forces apparently plan to use these technologies against us. However, our safety is in knowing, for we have the ability to stop such intrusive plans if we know what they are and what we can do about them.
Ignorance may be bliss but it leaves us wide open for manipulation. Personally, I’d rather face a problem than ignore it until the “mole hill becomes a mountain”. When a problem is faced decisions regarding effective action can be made. We have a problem. Humanity is being faced with covert Intruder ET manipulation. If we see the problem we can take effective action toward a solution.

The Invisible PARTICI – Our Key to Understanding

A Frequency Fence is an electromagnetic pulse technology developed through the science of Keylonta.

Keylontic science is based upon principles of energy dynamics that may seem quite “alien” to our traditional scientific community. The theory behind Keylontic science emerges from in-depth study of small particle mechanics, and the primary difference between our scientific theory and the ETs’ Keylontic science is that they are dealing with particles smaller than what Earth scientists have yet to discover.

As demonstrated through the ETs’ superior abilities to move through time and space and direct the density of matter at will, it is obvious that their comprehension of the intrinsic laws of nature far exceeds our present understanding. The ETs’ theory of universal mechanics is built upon a model of energy relationships that we have yet to discover and this model is the foundation upon which ET Keylontic science (and its resulting technologies) is built. One primary difference between our scientific assumptions and ET theory can be summed up in one word, the PARTICI (sounds like “party guy”).

The reality of the Partici is completely hidden from our view at this time while the ETs have an in-depth operational knowledge of the Partici. Partici can be defined as “energy units that emanate as tonal impulse from a central, universal source, which group by like polarization to form micro-strands or fibers of pre-matter substance that form the templates upon which all pre-matter, matter and antimatter forms are built.” There are two types of Partici, the PARTIKA and the PARTICUM.

The Partika are tonal emanations projected from the central source as an expansion pulse and form the base electrical transmissions upon which the universe is perpetually fed energy in the form of electrical impulse.

The Particum is also a tonal impulse from source but it carries a contraction pulse through which energy from the Partika is drawn back into source at about one half the speed that it is being projected outward by the Partika.

The Particum sets the base contraction pulse upon which all effects of magnetism are structured. The Partika and Particum actually represent phases of expansion and contraction of the Partici and it is this dynamic of energy pulsation that sustains and continually recreates the structure of a Perpetual Motion Universe.

To simplify the concept of the Partici, view them as units of vibrating energy that emit inaudible sound tones and when grouped together they form “chains of sound” through which electrical impulse can flow. Partici strands operate organically in a way similar to fiber optics, allowing electrically coded data to circulate from a central source into a multitude of different “outlets” or forms, which are themselves composed of Partici. These forms, composed of Partici strands, form the basic energetic blueprint or template upon which all matter structures are built. The Partici are the basic building blocks of matter, and the operational intelligence behind and within all forms.

The complex templates they form are called Partici Grids, and every structure in the universe, from the smallest to the largest, holds within its form a primal Partici Grid. Partici Grids are smaller than our smallest known particles and literally exist as minute structures within those particles.

Partici Grids cannot be seen by our most powerful means of magnification; photons would seem large by comparison. If we were able to see Partici strands they would appear as a grid or template of vibrating, pulsating, concentrated light (similar to a laser beam) that is organized into a wide variety of fixed, interrelated geometric patterns. The Partici Grids pulsate in a rhythm of expansion and contraction which would give them the appearance of “flashing off and on” as they circulate electrical impulse to and from the central source.

The ET Keylontic technologies such as the Frequency Fence and Holographic Inserts are based on manipulation of the Partici Grids, and those in possession of this technology have great power at their disposal for they can manipulate the very foundations upon which matter, biology and perception are constructed.

Mechanics of the Frequency Fence

The Frequency Fence is a bio-neurologically induced form of “mind control” that is set into operation through manipulation of the Partici Grids within human DNA and the Grids permeating the Earth’s crust. This is one form of Keylontic technology.

Keylonta can be simply defined as the science of light, sound, the subconscious symbol codes and the base codes of matter. These “codes” are precisely the geometrically formed Partici Grids which direct all operations of subatomic and molecular mechanics.

The ET Keylontic technologies such as the Frequency Fence and Holographic Inserts are based on manipulation of the Partici Grids, and those in possession of this technology have great power at their disposal for they can manipulate the very foundations upon which matter, biology and perception are constructed.

The Frequency Fence works in this manner. From underground and underwater bases (already in place) the Intruders can send specific electromagnetic pulse transmissions (digital data programs) into the Partici Grid which runs through the Earth’s crust. These EMPTs can be directed to specific locations and can be transmitted directly into the Partici Grid of the human body via the feet contacting the ground and through the Partici Grids of naturally occurring elements contained within the body.

First a “base-pulse” would be sent out via the Earth’s crust. Through repetition of this EM pulse the body’s natural resistance to foreign EMPs would be weakened allowing for more foreign EMPs to enter the electromagnetic fields of the body’s Partici Grid. This would create a subtle genetic mutation that would override the body’s natural immunity to Partici manipulation.

Once the base pulse is operational, the body and the DNA are “opened” to receive alternate EMP programs which can then alter the operating genetic code and all body systems and perceptions that receive their “electrical instructions” from the DNA. The next set of contrived EMPT programs would be sent through the Earth’s crust Partici Grid to specific geographical locations, the locations upon which our electrical plants, transformers and generators are built.

Through this method of transmission new EMPTs could be sent out following the pathways of our known electrical grid, creating a “phantom” EMP that would follow transmissions from the known electrical grid into any device drawing power from that grid. Any electrical device drawing power from that grid could thus become a tool for the transmission of complex EMP programs sent out by the Intruders. The body would absorb these new programs via the Partici Grid in the DNA giving the Intruders direct electrical access to the human neurological structure.

The Phantom Pulses are created in a way that would serve to block some of the body’s operational neuro-passageways which organically process electrical impulse through the body and brain to create the five-sensory picture we call three- dimensional reality.

What we call three-dimensional “physical” perception is the result of consciousness interacting with the biochemical-electrical processes of the body, through which the mind/body organism synthesizes bands of frequency into specific sensual holograms which gives us the experience of five-sensory perception within a three-dimensional world.

The Phantom EMP programs are geared to artificially control this natural perceptual process by blocking out the body’s ability to synthesize all but a select few frequency bands. This creates a biologically induced “perceptual harness” literally cutting off from human perceptual range activity taking place outside of the selected frequency bands. Once the Frequency Fence is in place, sensory illusions or holograms can be projected into the harnessed frequency bands.

The Holographic Insert

A Holographic Insert is a technology which also uses Keylontic science and manipulation of the Partici Grids, and it cannot be orchestrated on a mass level without a Frequency Fence. The Holographic Insert employs the Partici Grids within the molecular structure of elements within the air as well as the Grids within the Earth’s crust.

Once the Frequency Fence is in operation and human perception is biologically confined to specific bands of frequency, more contrived EMPTs can be digitally projected into the Earth’s atmosphere within the harnessed frequency bands and anyone who is biologically “tuned” to those frequencies (via the Partici Grids in the DNA) will experience as three- dimensional physical reality the illusion created by the Holographic Insert.

It can best be compared to finding yourself within a “virtual reality” program, but you would not realize that you had entered. The sci-fi technology called the “Holo-deck” demonstrated in our TV series Star Trek: Next Generation can give you some idea what walking through a Holographic Insert would be like, except it would not be a localized illusion confined to mechanical chambers but rather a nine- dimensional, five-sensory illusion generated directly through the natural environment.

Unlike the Holodeck of Star Trek the Frequency Fence and the Holographic Insert are not science fiction–they represent state-of-the-art technology now in the possession of Intruder ET visitors who want to “mess with us.” The Intruders hope to activate this technology on Earth in 2006, which leaves us very little time to come up with a counter strategy. Fortunately we do have the ability to avert this intrusion.

Averting the Frequency Fence

If we had a working knowledge of Keylonta and understood the mechanics of the Partici Grids, we would not have been vulnerable to this sort of manipulation in the first place, for we would know how to monitor, control and protect our own energetic fields.

The solution to this dilemma is learning to control our personal and planetary Partici Grids, at least to some degree. Fortunately, the human body and aspects of higher awareness (the soul or “Superconscious Mind”) hold an operable understanding of Keylontic science, so it is more a process of bringing that innate wisdom to a conscious level than learning something new and seemingly “alien.” We all have access to knowledge of the Partici Grid through our genetic imprint and if we choose to tap that knowledge we can easily derail the Intruders’ Frequency Fence agenda before it is put into operation.

It is easier to prevent the activation of the Fence than it is to disengage it once it is operational. Presently we do not have the technology to create instruments that could block a Frequency Fence (though such mechanical apparatus does exist) but we do possess the most powerful protective “weapon” of all —the human mind/body/spirit organism. We simply need to learn to use it properly.

Because we do not yet understand the true nature of ourselves, we do not realize the hidden potentials that live within us, and one of those hidden potentials is precisely the solution to the Frequency Fence problem. The potential of the human mind being able to directly affect the operation of the Partici Grids of the body and the Earth will be our saving grace.

This hidden potential gives logical validation to the concept of “mind over matter” when it is realized that the electrical impulses of the mind can be used to directly interact with the electrical circuitry of the Partici Grids. But it is one thing to know this potential exists and quite another to call this potential into practical use. It takes knowledge, practice and time to develop the skill of consciously directing the Partici Grids, and mastery of the Grids within the human body is the first step.

At this stage we do have the dormant ability to affect the body’s Partici Grid enough to create a natural immunity to the EMPTs that the Intruders plan to use on us. The solution to the Frequency Fence problem is simple: The Fence is constructed in a way that the vibrational oscillation speed of the Partici Grids of the mean (average) of the global population is measured. That measurement is then used to calculate the specific frequency bands and sub-frequency bands that would be used to transmit the contrived and Phantom EMPs. That measurement is also used to isolate the precise frequency bands into which human perception would be harnessed, and all of the Intruders’ EMP programs are created to operate within those set boundaries of frequency.

It has taken them over 50 years of experimentation to perfect the precise EMP sequences to manipulate our Partici Grids on a mass level. They do not have enough time left to create new EMP programs if that original measurement of population Partici Grid speed changes.

If we can simply shift the speed of vibrational oscillation of the Partici Grids within a “critical mass” of Earth’s population, it will shift the speed of the Partici Grids of the population mean, which will render useless the complex EMP programs the Intruders have devised. In simple terms we can “move their target out of range of their transmissions” by accelerating the speed of Partici Grid oscillation within the bodies of a number of people.

If we can make this acceleration within the personal Partici Grids of only 8% of the global population, that “critical mass” of people will be reached, the Frequency Fence will be disarmed, and the Intruders will fail at their agenda.

After 2012, due to changes in the Earth crust, Partici Grid, the Intruders will not be able to use that grid for their transmission of EMP programs. The 2006 plan is their only opportunity to get us under their control to infiltrate our culture. If they cannot execute the Frequency Fence in 2006, they will leave permanently.

Accelerating the Personal and Planetary Partici Grids

There are numerous ways the Partici Grids can be affected even if you don’t have the Keylontic theory to clarify why these methods work. Here I will offer a list of twelve suggestions that will help to accelerate the personal and planetary Partici Grids in order to avert the Frequency Fence activation of 2006. I consider the following suggestions as “Twelve Steps to Freedom” and whether they are practiced in whole or in part they will help you to help yourself and the planet simultaneously. The more people using these suggestions the faster we will be able to reach the 8% “critical mass” needed to shift the mass Partici Grid out of range of Intruder EMP transmissions.

The Twelve Steps to Freedom

1. Reach for a personal relationship with your concept of a “Higher Power.” In spiritual terms this can be God, the soul or the higher self. In scientific terms this can be the “Creative Mind,” the Intuitive self, the Superconscious Mind, the “Super Ego,” the muse within or whatever you want to label that higher aspect of human identity and awareness. The labels don’t matter. What matters is that you seek to find that level of awareness within yourself and use it for guidance, wisdom and strength. It is through this connection that you can access the knowledge of the Partici Grids and how to develop your hidden potentials. Such a relationship also automatically begins to accelerate numerous levels of the body’s Partici Grid allowing for further acceleration.

2. Refuse to accept “victim consciousness” or ideologies that promote a sense of personal dis-empowerment, worthlessness, subjugation of personal power to outside authority figures, punishment or harsh judgment of self or others and avoid theologies that endorse separatism, elitism and “us vs. them” mentalities or who use fear and guilt as subtle means of control. All of these tactics are covertly promoted by Intruder forces because they keep us divided, powerless, confused and afraid to trust our personal power. These ideas directly affect the speed of the body’s Partici Grid, slowing its rate of oscillation. Explore instead ideologies that promote personal empowerment through peaceful relationship with the self, Higher Power and all other life forms and which teach you to use personal power responsibly for the good of self, others and the planet simultaneously. Investigate the true meaning of “Unity Consciousness,” explore perspectives that endorse cooperation and “prosperity consciousness” rather than competition and “scarcity consciousness” and integrate these ideas into your daily life. This will dramatically increase the speed of your Partici Grid.

3. Take the time to examine your personal beliefs about reality. Realize that “thoughts are things,” literally. Thought patterns are also composed of Partici which form electromagnetic Partici-strand patterns (that we can’t yet see) and these patterns directly interact with and affect the speed of the body’s Partici Grid. Rigid, dogmatic, fearful, closed-minded beliefs become literal electromagnetic blockages to electrical impulse when they are translated into the body’s Partici Grid. Learn to examine, control and direct your beliefs rather than accepting without question the beliefs of others, the experts, the media, the government, the teachers, your friends, family and clergy. Examine the beliefs you have accepted as fact and determine whether there is real proof for that fact or if the idea is rather an assumption being presented as fact. (For example, there is no proof that ET visitors do NOT exist, yet many people assume this is true simply because they have not seen them.) Teach yourself to become an independent thinker and to use your “Higher Power” and intuitive self as tools for assessment and decision making. Become your own “shepherd” rather than a “sheep” or at least choose your “shepherds” wisely. Through reviewing your beliefs you can become empowered to change those that stand in your way of learning new ideas that could potentially help you. You are not your beliefs, they are ideas you choose to entertain, either consciously or subconsciously. Become conscious of these choices and you will find a great wealth of personal power and protection from manipulation.

4. Learn more about the body’s Partici Grid and methods to accelerate its frequency. There is much information available today regarding the intuitive senses and the subtle energy dynamics of the body. Ideologies involving knowledge of the “chakra system” and related electromagnetic energy fields can give effective tools for understanding and affecting the Partici Grid of the body. The “chakra system” of energy centers within and around the body is not the same thing as the Partici Grid. The Grid is beneath and within these subtle energy systems, and both structures are too small to see under present means of magnification. By learning to work with the chakra system you will find more ways to influence the Partici Grid as well as methods to improve general health, happiness and strengthen the connection to Higher Power. Much of the data on chakras is presented in texts with a strong spiritual or metaphysical slant which often deters those with a more scientific leaning. Realize that you can gain good information about the basic structure and operation of the chakra system from such texts and you don’t have to fully accept any spiritual interpretations with which you are not comfortable. Don’t “throw the baby out with the bath water!” Just explore the reality of the subtle energy systems and how it can be used to enhance your understanding and control over your personal bioelectrical systems. Exploring intuitive development methods will also help you in your study of the chakra system and will automatically begin to expand and accelerate your Partici Grid.

5. Strengthen your mind and exercise your “mental muscles.” Learn about and use “mind technologies,” such as meditation, affirmation, visualization, self-hypnosis, biofeedback, dream programming and projection of consciousness. All of these activities will help you to strengthen your mind and begin calling your dormant potentials into use. They will help you to connect with your Higher Power and give you powerful tools to use in consciously directing the body’s Partici Grid. You can learn a lot about yourself and how to direct the Partici strands of your thought patterns for effective results. Developing skill in these activities will automatically create a biological immunity to EMPTs of the Frequency Fence and will raise the speed of the Partici Grid beyond such manipulation.

6 Strengthen your body. The condition of the physical body directly affects the operation of the Partici Grid (and visa versa). By taking better care of the body you accelerate the speed of the Partici Grid. A diet with less chemical additives, red meats, caffeine, drugs, alcohol, salt, sugar and artificial sweeteners is better for the body, but it is not necessary to go to extremes as even small changes are beneficial. Explore alternative approaches to eating such as vegetarian or macro-biotic health diets, food combining, herbal and vitamin supplements, organic and cruelty free-foods. Avoid irradiated and over-processed foods if possible. Investigate other perspectives on food consumption [rather] than stress healthful eating, rather than only weight control, and try some for yourself to see if it makes you feel better. Light fasting also helps the body release toxins and accelerates the speed of the Partici Grid (but if you’re under medical care, consult with your health professional before making changes). You can also develop your intuitive senses and learn to sense the speed of the Partici Grids within foods so you can tell if it holds a usable amount of electrical energy or if Grid speed is too slow to sustain the body properly. Fresh foods have the greatest amount of energy stored in their Partici Grids and this dissipates through processing and over time after it has been harvested. Learn to think of food as Partici Grids that you are entering into your own Partici Grid. This may give you a new perspective on desirable consumption habits.

The body is also strengthened by conscious breathing and controlled breath exercises. There are many good “stress reduction” techniques that teach you to direct the breath for short periods of time which helps the body and blood receive more oxygen. Oxygenation improves the overall function of the body systems and directly accelerates the speed of the Partici Grid, as well as helping to reduce stress.

Moderate exercise, yoga, free movement and dance also help the body to balance the electricity within the Partici Grid and drinking fresh, clean water assists the flow of electrical impulse through the Grid. These are just some suggestions as to how the body can be strengthened to accelerate the Partici Grid. When making changes you should allow the body time to adjust and change a little at a time.

7. Heal your emotions. Emotion is not just an intangible perceptual experience we have when we “feel something.” When we “feel” our emotions we are experiencing certain parts of our Partici Grid as it is translated through the sense facilities of the body. Emotions are directly affected by our thoughts as the Partici patterns from our thoughts directly interact with the Partici of the emotions. The “emotional body” exists as a complex network of Partici patterns that are intertwined with the Partici Grid of the body, and “unresolved emotional issues” literally become trapped within the body’s Partici Grid as slower moving electromagnetic Partici strands. Repressing emotion only compounds the problem as these slower moving strands build up and begin to slow the [vibratory] rate of the body’s entire Partici Grid. So it is important to be willing to face and heal your emotions. Contemporary theories on “healing the emotional body” are very helpful as they emphasize releasing trapped emotive patterns and bringing emotions into harmony with the mind rather than suppressing emotional symptoms through chemical means. Emotions become unbalanced for a variety of reasons and these imbalances first appear within the Partici Grid. These distortions in the Grid then in turn affect the operation of chemicals, hormones and the neurological structure of the body manifesting in various psychological and personality disturbances.

But the original problem occurs first in the Partici Grid and if healing is approached with the intention of correcting the Grid rather than suppressing symptoms more lasting results can be obtained. In the future Keylontic science will reveal great advances in this type of healing but for now we can simply face our emotional issues and work with various traditional and contemporary healing approaches to resolve emotional difficulties. Working with your Higher Power, personal spirituality, beliefs and “mind technologies,” can be very helpful tools for emotional healing. Past, present and future life hypnotic regression can also be quite helpful. Emotional release and healing is one of the fastest ways to accelerate the speed of the body’s Partici Grid.

8. Learn more about holistic approaches to health for these contemporary ideologies promote a view of healing that understands the intrinsic connection between body/mind/spirit. The Partici Grid directly links these three aspects of the human being and holistic health emphasizes healing on all levels rather than suppression of symptoms in a specific area. Holistic health also promotes development of the body’s natural healing abilities, encourages people to take more responsibility for their own health, to become more assertive in the doctor/patient relationship and to focus on wellness and preventative maintenance. Holistic health practices from aromatherapy, acupressure, Reiki, herbology, crystallogy, toning, reflexology, and therapeutic touch to more conventional forms such as chiropractic and vitamin therapy can do wonders for raising the speed of the Partici Grid, as well as improving general health and happiness.

9. Explore perspectives that address the issue of cellular transmutation. Many people have never heard of this concept but it is generally understood by those involved with “New Age” spirituality and related philosophies. You do not have to accept the New Age belief systems in order to learn more about the Partici strands in the DNA and how they operate. Cellular transmutation is a spiritualized science that understands the direct link between human consciousness and the structure and operation of the DNA. It is usually understood in such philosophies that our human ancestors originally had twelve rather than 2 strands of DNA which gave them “Godlike” abilities and awareness compared to our own, and that the “10 missing strands” are still contained within our present cellular code in the form of tiny sub-particles our scientists call “junk DNA.” The “junk DNA” actually represents pieces of Partici formations that once operated as our twelve strand DNA structure. As humans become more aware of their ability to affect the Partici Grids of the body, the option of “reassembling and plugging in” the Partici of the junk DNA becomes an option in accelerating the evolutionary process and greatly increasing the speed of the body’s Partici Grid. The reality of this art/science is that the higher-dimensional aspects of human identity (the soul or Superconscious Mind) and the lower dimensional aspects of the “subconscious mind” are being brought into human conscious awareness, and it is through reactivation of the junk DNA (and the Partici Grids behind and within it) that the body is able to expand its genetic code so that these expanded aspects of identity can be electrically translated into conscious human perception. It can be compared to creating “new channels” within the neurological structure (by assembling the pieces of the junk DNA) through which faster moving electrical impulses from the higher identity and slower moving impulses from the subconscious identity can be put “on line” with the bio-chemical- electrical processes of the body that give us five-sensory perception and the experience of three-dimensional matter. Once the genetic code is expanded, our awareness, perception and abilities will expand accordingly. Most data on Cellular Transmutation is presently available through “New Age” philosophies and advanced “channeled” material. Cellular Transmutation occurs through the dynamics of Keylontic science. This knowledge has been hidden within the secret mystical schools of our religious traditions for aeons, and kept out of public domain by the power elite within those traditions. Keylontic science and knowledge of the Partici Grids is entering the public domain for the first time in over 10,000 years. I recommend exploring the potentials this information has to offer even if the concept seems radical to you. Again, you don’t have to accept the whole philosophy of the New Age to learn about the science of cellular transmutation, and this knowledge will give you the power to work with the Partici Grids directly.

10. Join or form groups to explore the subjects listed in steps #1-9, and begin to use this knowledge to assist yourself, others and the Earth and its natural environment. Methods of prayer, meditation, visualization, sacred ceremony and mind/energy dynamics are often used by such groups frequently without the knowledge of Keylontic science and the Partici Grids. Though the scientific theory behind their activities may not be apparent, their practices directly affect the Earth’s Partici Grid and raise the speed of its vibrational oscillation. The power of the individual is amplified by the Partici Grid of the group exponentially so it is worth participating in such activities even if you don’t fully accept the belief systems in which the activity takes place. In any group, avoid excessive dogma and those who do not support free thinking and individual expression, and reserve the right to personal interpretation. Such group energy work will directly affect the Earth’s Partici Grid helping to raise it out of the range of Intruder manipulation.

11. Seriously re-evaluate your personal ideas about the issue of ET visitation and support those who are petitioning for the government to release data on UFO/ETactivity. Realize that much information regarding these subjects has been purposely withheld from the public for reasons of “national security”. This knowledge now circulates within “unofficial” networks of people, some who have been closely involved with aspects of the military, others who have had direct UFO/ET encounters or abductions. If you seek them out and listen to their stories with an open mind, you will realize the great amount of data that supports the premise of active ET visitation. Yet the governments of our world “debunk” these stories, discredit and harass witnesses whenever possible to keep this information from seriously entering the public awareness. We have been fed a form of propaganda in which ET visitation is either vehemently denied or made to appear as humorous fiction. This is not fiction. There is more evidence to support the visitation theory than there is to validate the debunking propaganda. The Intruder agenda depends upon them being able to control public perspective regarding their presence and government secrecy puts all of us in danger, for we are left totally uninformed and unprepared for an encounter with ET visitors. We are denied knowledge and knowledge is power in the face of an Intruder presence. Consider for a moment that your personal beliefs negating the possibility of ET visitation have been inadvertently colored by this propaganda and seek to become more informed. Even within the government and military only those with the highest security clearances have access to UFO data. So you can just imagine what might be withheld from the public.

12. In the U.S., peacefully form groups to petition the White House to appoint an independent agency to investigate the CIA and other “secret” divisions of government that oversee issues of UFO activity. Evidence suggests that a small faction of individuals within top security positions in such organizations have knowledge of ET contact that began around WWII. Information from various sources strongly suggests that a covert faction was created in the early 1950s under President Eisenhower to oversee and try to control dealings with an ET presence that made itself known to U.S. government just before the end of WWII. The private organization began with twelve men appointed by the President which was nicknamed “the Majestic 12″ or MJ-12. There is a strong possibility that this group did exist and continues under new leadership today, possibly without the President’s knowledge and that this covert organization within the government is at least partially responsible for withholding information and debunking UFO witness accounts. If enough Americans became aware of the possibility of this covert government faction we could petition for mandates to seriously investigate the government organizations allegedly involved, for if these activities are taking place without the President’s knowledge, our democratic process is being compromised.
