The Murder of Khris Neal

Khris Neal was a friend of ours and a fellow blogger. Until now, we have not publicly talked about the circumstances of his death and the things we know, as well as the things we discovered upon further investigation.
In our small community of MK ULTRA survivors and those who knew and interacted with Khris, no one knew anything was wrong at first. That is, until the early hours of March 2nd, when our good friend Randy Maugans, host of Off Planet Radio, received this comment to the Off Planet website. The comment was never approved, so this is the first time it is being made public.

At first glance, Randy thought it was just another post by Former White Hat/Michael Hemmingson/ The Idylwild Group and his coterie of lackeys, who have run an organized effort (poorly executed, but organized) to smear our names with outrageous, libelous claims on a regular basis. And Randy was right — it was (more on that later).
However, after paring away the usual onslaught of ridiculous lies about Duncan, a search found the funeral home page which confirmed that Khris Neal was dead — in fact he had been dead nearly a month — quite possibly the only true thing this group has ever posted.
Now, we had to ask ourselves, how was it that someone(s) in this group of extremely overenthusiastic and dedicated smear campaigners would know about Khris’ death before any of us, his friends and colleagues did? Or a single solitary other person in this internet community? Very curious.
We were all hit very hard emotionally by the death of Khris. It was certainly a blow, and a hard one. We knew and have always known the stakes of what we are involved in, but it doesn’t make it hurt less when someone you care about is killed.
The details of his death, after reading his obituary, were minimal. We put out some feelers to various friends and acquaintances of Khris, trying to track down someone who knew him, friend or family member, in order to not only share what we knew but try to obtain more details regarding his death.
We finally got a break weeks later when, of all people, Khris’ own mother called me (Miranda) directly on my cell phone. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. When I called her back, it was one of the most difficult phone calls of my life. Only those who know the pain of losing a child can even begin to know what this confused, horrified, and grief-filled mother was experiencing. For her, Khris’ death was still a completely open wound, compounded by the fact that she could not make sense of why it happened.
The first thing she told me was that the police had found my phone number in Khris’ wallet. It was evidently written on a folded piece of paper and said ‘In case of emergency, contact’ followed by my name and phone number. At the time, I had no idea how Khris had gotten that paper or my number because I never gave it to him, but Duncan and I later found out that one of our friends, another MK ULTRA survivor and close friend of Khris, had been concerned enough about his safety that she had given him this information in case of emergency. How prescient she was.
Duncan and I find it very interesting that, despite it being a very clear emergency contact number in Khris’ wallet, no one from the police department up in Oregon bothered to use it at any point, which is usually standard operating procedure. Khris’ parents only found out about the note’s existence when the police called them and asked them about it. We find it very telling that they did not call me.
The Scene of the Crime
My eyes were burning with tears as Khris’ mother began to recount to me how the police found Khris’ body. According to her, Khris’ house had been completely trashed. Not just things knocked over and cushions flung, but she said that someone had taken the time to open bottles of liquid and pour several of them out all over the carpet. Doors were kicked in. She said that even the burners were ripped off the stove.There was no suicide note. She told me that Khris had been found with a single gunshot to the head. The police, she said, had ruled it a suicide. Really. She told me that she did not believe it was a suicide, but that she had no idea what really happened and was not getting any answers.
It seemed that there was indeed a cover-up of Khris’ death, and not a very good one. To say the police’s conclusion was overly hasty would not be a stretch, given the evidence and what we now knew.
I made a difficult decision. I knew that Khris had kept a part of his life separate from his family, particularly information having to do with his struggle to learn about his past as a child being involved in MK ULTRA government projects similar, and certainly tangential to, the ones that Duncan and I were involved in. This is not something that is easy to talk to one’s parents about in the best of circumstances. I filled her in as best I could, concerned that I might be compounding her grief but just as certain that it was the right thing to do — she needed the information we had and could then make her own judgments from that.
I appreciate her talking to me and more than anything want justice for Khris, which is obviously problematic since his murder seems to have been covered up.
Sloppy Work, Boys
Based on what Duncan and I, Randy, and a few other people have found out, we have some theories about what happened to Khris, who did it, and why he was, we believe, murdered in cold blood.At the time of his death, Khris Neal had been investigating the identity of our harassers, the very ones who seemed to be behind the later comment to Off Planet Radio informing us of Khris’ death.
Khris was an extremely intelligent and resourceful individual. On his blog, he had exhaustively researched and made the connection between couple of specific anonymous disinformation blogs and pseudo-gonzo-with-a-side-of-pedophilia writer and self-professed former asset of ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) — one Michael Hemmingson.
In fact, this exposé was the very last article Khris Neal ever posted on his blog.
We cannot rule out the possibility, even the likelihood, that Khris was murdered because of what he was investigating regarding Michael Hemmingson’s identity and connection to the blogs by “Former White Hat” and Idyllwild Group. Based on the research one of our other colleagues, a computer forensics expert, has done on this group (more on that in another article — there are more people and groups connected to this that we’ve found), Khris may have uncovered even more information that he never got a chance to release. We will never know.
Duncan and I believe that Khris was not taken out by a professional or directly by any agency. The work was too sloppy, and that’s not how things of this nature are normally done — there are procedures that are followed and certain protocols that were obviously not observed in this case.
We believe, based on the scene and what we know of it, that someone was probably sent just to scare Khris into stopping what research he was doing, but that things got out of hand and the person or people sent ended up bungling things, panicking, and killing him. That’s our opinion, again, based on how we know things like this to work and how they have historically been handled as well as information we have picked up regarding the situation. This is something we are in a position to know about because of what we used to do.
Further Taunts About Khris’ Murder
Not too long ago, we got this email — directly from none other than Michael Hemmingson himself. It would appear that we, and this certainly includes Khris Neal, were correct — Michael Hemmingson is the person hiding behind the Former White Hat name, and evidently no longer feels he needs to.
Please notice a couple of things here. One — Randy, Duncan and I discussed this and none of us ever remember coming across this particular photo of Khris Neal predating this email. We haven’t been able to say conclusively that this is the first time we had seen it, but we are pretty sure. So then, how did Michael Hemmingson obtain it? It looks like it’s from some form of identification card.
Second, you may also notice the second attachment is the seal for the aforementioned Office of Naval Intelligence. The e-mail is subtly titled “a reminder”. It would appear that Michael Hemmingson sent us this e-mail to gloat about his involvement in the murder of Khris Neal, and perhaps to imply further that his actions will be protected by none other than one of the least known but largest spying arms of the government, the ONI, since he used to work for them, apparently. Good luck with that. They just love when you do stuff like this and then use their name. Publicly.
The Deeper Game
Many people not familiar with this situation or how these things work might be saying to themselves, well, I’ve seen the White Hat blog and it’s ridiculous lies and anyone who believes that crap is crazy. This is true, to a point. It is filled with poorly constructed science fiction fantasy and puerile writing, and Duncan and I have a hard time keeping track of how many clones of him there actually are according to it, but there is a deeper game at play here.Those of you who look at blogs which write blatant lies about us (and other whistleblowers) and dismiss them as absurd are missing the point. The point is that this is an organized group of individuals who are carrying out orders. This is a concerted effort to not only destroy our credibility, but to bury the truth under a mountain of lies and half truths so that no one can find it.
This is done so that when people search the internet trying to find out information about MK ULTRA, or gods forbid supersoldiers, they are bowled over by articles deliberately containing lies that sound like they’ve been written by a crazy person, or articles written at at least a high school level but composed by people who have decided to just make up their own experiences, never caring that they dilute the few crumbs of truth that manage to get out there.
And when someone gets too close, they get killed. Like Khris did.
Khris threatened their whole system, not just the truth suppression itself, but the method for suppressing the truth – the very mechanism that throws up the chaff leading truth seekers in the wrong direction. His path led to a name that now directly connects to these two websites that were supposed to be anonymous – Michael Hemmingson.
Is Hemmingson the head honcho on this, the big fish? Oh, hardly. From what we can figure, he’s big enough to have some other people under him following his guidance on things and letting him tell them what to post on their own sites. But he’s small enough that he can be jettisoned from the organizations he is affiliated with – disposable, you might say. And he appears to be unbalanced enough to not quite realize this, or perhaps he just doesn’t care.
We will go into further detail in other articles regarding who is really behind this organization who was likely responsible for his murder. We have amassed a fair amount of data, but it’s a fairly twisty path and will take more than one article, which we will publish soon. This one’s about Khris because he deserves to have the world know how brave he was.
For now, know this. The push to keep truthful information suppressed is real. The threat to those who speak out or who uncover information that they shouldn’t is equally real. We know it. Khris knew it. He died trying to uncover it.
Khris, you were a very sweet man. You were trying to help others and you were trying to do what was right. You are a warrior and a true hero and we salute you. You will be greatly missed.

The Cosmic dance of the Twins.
The soul itself is not bound by time and space, but lives eternally. It lives as sheer Light energy, which emits not only light, but sound and colours. It vibrates in harmony with the light frequencies and sound (tonal chord) frequency band of the soul group, or Over soul. This in essence is the I AM presence, which is present in all of us.
When the soul is fully activated, it has 12 distinct flames, and these flames then form part and particle of the 13th flame, which in essence is the flame of the Holy Spirit, or the flame of the Oversoul, as embodied in soul group spirit – that collective, which in turn forms part of the greater cosmic flame – the threefold flame, of LOVE, POWER, and WISDOM.
When we incarnate onto a very dense and hostile planet (and this is NOT Mother Earth who makes is so, but so who wish to control her for their own hidden agendas), the soul has amnesia. As a child we might remember something but the status quo soon tries to shut down our pineal and pituitary glands, so that we cannot receive cosmic transmission of Light from our soul group and the cosmic hierarchy and most importantly the Divine.
I am going into some detail here, so that you can understand that in essence you vibrate at a soul frequency (which is hidden in your soul name – by the way very different from any earthly name for it epitomizes the frequency band your soul vibrates on) and that when this frequency band is fully activated, someone who is not of that frequency band, will fall off the bus, so to speak. For a frequency band will only be able to sustain what is on the same frequency band, and when more or one tune into that same frequency band, then there is unity and harmony. Anything discordant to that, cannot exist there – it might disrupt the frequency band, but when it is fully activated and over-lighted by the collective soul group, and the Divine itself, it will automatically revert to its own frequency band.
You can think of this a radio…. When you tune into the frequency band of your favourite station, you might find disturbances, until you are tuned in a exactly the right frequency band and then you can hear properly and sound is not distorted.
In this lifetime all of us search for that ultimate in love and loving and we all dream of that ultimate happiness, the unity, that we, on soul level, and remember that state of harmony and bliss.

Until we start reconnecting to our own soul, and build our Lightbridge back to the Divine, activate our Stellar Gateways and our Soul Star chakras (which are huge transmitters and connect us to our own Divinity as held within our soul groups), we cannot be fully activated and empowered.
At this time, this planet is in a major state of revamping, and so is the collective whole. Some of the souls who have incarnated since after World War II are the same souls who were involved with this planet from the very beginning and have now returned to hold the Light steady and to anchor in highly advanced knowledge and understanding. They thus are here on a specific mission and for a specific and very specialized task. I call them the ILLUMINED TASKFORCE.
Some souls are VOLUNTEER souls, and come from other galaxies and star systems, which have never experienced war of any kind – not even the Wars of the Heavens. They came in with immensely powerful technological tools and higher healing abilities which will assist the planet to move from the third to the fifth dimensional state, and once that state is reached, their soul memory banks will get triggered (if not already) and they will be the ones who bring in the UNITY and the HOLISTIC ways to use the earth’s energies and cut out all the use of fossil fuel and will bring the planet back into balance and harmony. Others are from soul groups which have been involved with this planet for millennia and came here fleeing from the Wars of the Heavens and none more so than those who blew up their own planet, Marduk, which was between Mars and Jupiter. When one starts to see this bigger picture, you will start to understand, that your soul is not here by some fluke, but rather by design, but it is not your WHOLE soul, it is but a fraction of it.
In some cases, when a planet is about to ascend, and thus move into a higher frequency band or consciousness (as the whole of the Milky Way Galaxy is at the moment) more than one particle of the soul will incarnate. I will call them then Twin Flames, for want of better word to describe them.
The Twin flame differs from and soul mate, in that the soul mate comes from the same SOUL GROUP e.g. THE LOVING ONES, and the twin flame comes of the SAME SOUL, thus is one of the 12 flames which make up your own soul.
In this the soul is equally divided into masculine and feminine particles, as is all of creation. This is equally balanced, for all of creation has a positive and negative charge. In essence then a particle of the soul will have a more negative or positive charge, remembering that this is pure frequency of Light.
I don’t know if you have ever been in a science class where a positively charge ball meets and negatively charged ball – then electromagnetic energy explodes where they meet. This is in essence what happens if two particles of the same soul meet on this planet, called Earth – there is an immense spark ignited, which will find itself expressed in the sexual energies aroused, but unfortunately that is where most people stop.
Relationships in essence are not just about sex – relationships in essence are about a profound sense of INTIMACY, which goes beyond the stripping off of clothes and having good sex.
In the depth of INTIMACY, lies the TRUST.
If I can, at deep and profound SOUL AND HEART level, stand naked, vulnerable and open in front of my Twinflame – totally open: the light and the shadow and there is no hiding whatsoever, no secret agendas, nothing but the purity, the absolute purity and innocence of my soul, and TRUST the other to become ATONE with me, totally opened up at soul level and stripped naked to the core of him or herself, then the two flames merge AS ONE and create a THIRD FORCE which is the SOPHIA or HOLY SACRED FLAME.
As long as there are any parts of me, which are not in higher alignment, which are not opened up, which are not in balance and harmony, the Flame of the Twin will consume and burn me in all those places where I have not made peace with myself, my other flame and most importantly life itself. All those unloved parts of me, will stand there, waiting for me to OWN them and love them – before I can to the same in my MIRROR, my twinflame.
For nobody MIRRORS you as much as the Twin does – after all he or she is part and particle of YOU – of your soul. The Twin knows me inside and out and my shadow and light.
Whatever you hate about yourself, will show up in the Twin. Whatever you love about yourself, will show up in the Twin.
For we all are both, light and dark, positive and negative. It is the BALANCE we seek, that harmony WITHIN, which is ultimately were we TRUST ourselves, that we TRUST the other to come into our most vulnerable, most precious, most treasured parts of ourselves, where we normally do not let another soul in, and be open enough to take him and her completely into ourselves and become AS ONE BEING.
The Twin teaches of about SELF-MASTERY. To the extend we are the master and High Priest, the mistress and the High Priestess of our own Temple, we are able to bring about profound union or reunion with our Twinflame.
The union between the Twinflames, can be the utmost in ecstasy, bliss and euphoria, or can open up the floodgates of Hades and the Underworld. In essence, that is where we are tested the most. That is where our true initiation into sexual sacred rites happen. It is the opening up of the seven veils of our inner sanctuaries within our own physical bodies and that of our heart, our third eyes and soul.
For to the extent that all these seven layers of being, move into the higher octave of Being, which is the 13th elevated state of the Tree of Life itself, the kundalini or serpent energy which we raise in our union, will either burn and consume us or lift us into the higher dimensions of Being.
Why? There is the secret and hidden chamber between our pituitary and pineal glands which gets activated by the serpent energy. If we burn each other rather and unite into one single flame, we short-circuit the energy fields and boomerangs onto us and that is where we are consumed with pain. When we learn to become as one, both flames EQUALLY CHARGED then this chamber ignites and we are moved in the sacred and higher realms which are cosmic in proportion and are in essence the true knowledge of the Tree of Life – the knowledge of eternal life.

The Cosmic dance of the Twins.
The soul itself is not bound by time and space, but lives eternally. It lives as sheer Light energy, which emits not only light, but sound and colours. It vibrates in harmony with the light frequencies and sound (tonal chord) frequency band of the soul group, or Over soul. This in essence is the I AM presence, which is present in all of us.

Assay testing revealed that Aulmauracite is 58% iron (in a form that does not oxidize/rust.) The other 42% consists of 72 other elements, including all the noble metals (plus some that are foreign to this planet!) It appears that the ratio of these elements in relationship to each other gives this "Power Rock" its unusual properties.

1) It is old timelines and what you see is a bleed through. Do not
engage in the memories, but stay calm.
2) There is a high level of visitations from the OD´s right now (using
the timelines to travel mentally) and if you get a visit; just stay firm
and reject them. They will show themselves as mental imagery –
due to the energy of the timelines - and if they do, this is caused by
two reasons: a) you are connected to the timelines in your personal
galactic history; perhaps being a part of the imposed galactic wars

Do your best to secure this by using crystals, the help of your guides

behave in. True infusions of higher energies always bring up the

reached the same level in cosmic energy in the grid of galactic

has to be cleansed out, and old memories might surface in this

1) It is old timelines and what you see is a bleed through. Do not
engage in the memories, but stay calm.
2) There is a high level of visitations from the OD´s right now (using
the timelines to travel mentally) and if you get a visit; just stay firm
and reject them. They will show themselves as mental imagery –
due to the energy of the timelines - and if they do, this is caused by
two reasons: a) you are connected to the timelines in your personal
galactic history; perhaps being a part of the imposed galactic wars
Earth partook in, when the intruder races took over this
manifestation fields (many human monads took part in the galactic
wars) or b) you have a dark dragon leyline in the ground under your
home.
Do your best to secure this by using crystals, the help of your guides
(most often deva monads from the higher mental worlds) and light
language to seal of the dark lines. We cannot remove them – they
are a part of our past and thus deeply rooted into the grid of
galactic Terra – but if we do not engage in the energy and seal the
leylines of in our home, we can put them to rest by simply doing the
correct energy work and stay calm and clear.
The next generation of Light workers (one of my educations in
Denmark) will learn to do such energy work, sealing of dark leylines,
transforming the grid in galactic Terra; the old memories in them
etc. So for now, just know they are there and try not to engage in
the low mental darkness in and around you, no matter what
happens out there in the world – or perhaps some of your family
members show signs of this energy, unconsciously – but still; do not

Asian Grids and False Dragon Lines
Another Guardian bridging project coming to the forefront has been the rehabilitation of the architecture of fallen grids in Asia feeding a large circuit along “False Dragon Lines” back to the United Kingdom. China and Tibet are the original planetary Stargate locations for Orion (8D) and Andromeda (9D). The galactic wars recorded the blood and genetic discrimination (Orion Wars and Draconian history) and their distorted male-female archetypes (Vesica Pisces harness with Twin Monad Splitting) into the Asian grids. These grids have been shown to feed back a massive power structure to the main headquarter reversal hub, the Nephilim Reversal Grid ( NRG) which is active in the United Kingdom. In order to dismantle the NRG, the various hubs feeding it from all over the planet need to be dismantled systematically while freeing the soul enslavement used to power these grids. This has been transpiring in the Guardian teams since my awareness of them in 2008.
The “NRG” is responsible to break apart hybrid genetics by reversing any synthesis of alchemy that happens organically between the male and female principle (electron-proton balance) as well as repelling any healing for reptilian based genetics. This is desired by the Reptilians because their human representatives that are bred as Nephilim (genetic hybrid between Oraphim and Reptilian) are easy to possess and mind control for their negative alien agenda. The Reptilians do not want to heal thereby integrate into human society as an equal, they want to rule it as an absolute authority. (The False King of Tyranny) The illuminati plan and the infiltrated monarchs are based within these genetically controlled factions. The NRG is a massively complicated structure that has interfered with true spiritual marriage and/or “Ascended Divine Union” as a possibility for human beings on the planet. This year we are working on embodying the unity template of Spiritual Marriage in No Time, which requires these false systems fail. The NRG system keeps electron distortions feeding the patriarchal domination archetypes of tyranny as assumed by males and females as within their “accepted” roles of identity. This results in a bevy of highly destructive mental belief systems and emotional body schisms. These schisms are highly dysfunctional to the point they create genetic damage in the 2nd and 4th chakra layer functioning. These archetypes were once “creational myths” to play out in the polarity game but became a massive source of food for the controllers. As these archetypes were then used to negatively control people, the person digressed (then societal behavior patterns digressed) into aggressive anti-human, robotic and disconnected behavior.
The name of the game for the NRG is propagating and feeding highly destructive addictions and deviant sexual attitudes and behavior within the global human population. Its first priority is designed to relegate all sexual activity laced with guilt and shame into the lowest forms of human expression and perversion possible. Depending on accepted cultural attitudes it will use the perceptive level of access to serve the current societal paradigm into distortion. (In Muslim countries it can be the legal killing of raped women by being left in the desert to die by their own husband, or the selling of little girls to prostitution in Thailand, Catholic priest pedophilia in the Vatican, Sadistic or masochistic fetishes in Germany. These harvested energies all feed back into the same NRG matrix.)
This NRG matrix starts out looking on the surface like its “harmless” based on open sexual attitudes (what are you a prude? Are you jealous and possessive? Don’t you know that polyamory is what we were designed for?) It’s designed to suck you into addiction and nonstop base instinct desire of the second chakra, so all that is craved is “plugging into” the next “outlet” or in its deeper levels - getting relief from addictive anxiety. The promiscuity design is to crash your human genetic code so you lose your “real” sense of divine human connection, which is the deep desire to be truly intimately connected and experienced as the divinity within. Unity intelligence (God force) is created between the male and female principle at highly developed consciousness frequency such as within the union between equals in Spiritual Marriage in No Time. (This is what it is like on advanced planets. This is when unconditional love is shared in a safe emotional haven and the full transparency of trust to create divine union is made possible.) Most of us engaged in the sexual act forget that the human design to Ascend into God Source is a part of the union of equals existing in perfect love. We need to remember this again in order to heal ourselves and return true unity in spiritual marriage to the planet.
In order to separate humans from divine union the NRG grid promotes disconnection through all means sexual, such as internet porn, the sexualization of inanimate objects and the belief the grass is always greener with another sexual partner. Once a person becomes addicted to the bait of this rapidly descending pathway, the architecture of this control system hooks into all of your lower centers to capture your vital force. When something vampirizes your vital force ( sexual chakra) all you instinctually want is to get it back, so you seek the next “seduction” to vampirize someone or something else. Never succeeding in feeling satiated, you become addicted to all things external. The mind becomes fixated on latching into another outlet, sex, food, drugs, clothes, or any object or person. In its advanced stages the fixation becomes obsessive compulsive in order to relieve the discontent to the level of anxiety experienced, courtesy of the NRG grid.
As an example, the Asian grids are feeding “princess code” female principle distortions as well as “sexual robot” fantasies. Hello kitty products (princess code) and Anime cartoons (sexual robot) had extensive architecture powering into the NRG as a battery source. This means huge Asian populations are feeding distortions to power this NRG in some way the reptilians are using, this does not mean these items in itself are “negative”. It means these items are being exploited into some massive deviation that is far from balanced and healthy to the human being –who is unaware they are being negatively manipulated through these systems.
As we become aware of these systems of manipulation that lead humans into unbalanced and destructive behavior we can correct them. Most being manipulated have no idea they are being mind controlled to feed these systems through advanced addictions that are not even organic to their personal free will choices. The more conscious we become, we elevate the planet and have the power in the authority of God to remove these false systems from abusing ourselves and others. It is the purpose of comprehending how humanity has arrived at this current state of being, so we are consciously able to direct ourselves to higher expressions in order to bring freedom back to the human race. We represent freedom for the human race and through accepting responsibility for ourselves and aligning to God purpose we can transform the world.
